Fair Use Policy
It is unacceptable to use Spider Woman Graphics to gain
unauthorized access to computers, networks or network resources.
It is unacceptable to use Spider Woman Graphics to disrupt or
interfere with computers or networks accessible to the Internet.
This includes the propagation of viruses or or any other act
intended to disrupt the service of other networks. Spider Woman
Graphics services may only be used for lawful purposes.
Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or state
regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or
material protected by trade secret. By subscribing to Spider
Woman Graphics, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spider
Woman Graphics from any claims resulting from your use of this
service which damages you or another party.
It is unacceptable, and unlawful in many areas to send
Unsolicited Bulk E-mail, also known as "SPAM". If SPAM is used to
promote traffic to a site hosted by Spider Woman Graphics, that
site is in violation of this policy and subject to immediate
suspension, even if the SPAM originated outside of Spider Woman
Graphics.
Spider Woman Graphics reserves the right to terminate any account
being used to perform unacceptable or unlawful activities, as
well as any account associated with unacceptable or unlawful
activities.
Terms of Agreement
Spider Woman Graphics does not make any express or implied
warranty including, without limitation, implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of any
software or documentation. Spider Woman Graphics accepts no
liability for lost or corrupted data, or software, or for other
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Additionally, Spider Woman Graphics takes no responsibility for
any damages suffered by you including, but not limited to, loss
of data from delays, non-deliveries, miss-deliveries, or service
interruptions caused by Spider Woman Graphics own negligence or
your errors and/or omissions.
Spider Woman Graphics does not make any express or implied
warranty including, without limitation, implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of any
information, service or products offered on the Internet.
Although Spider Woman Graphics endeavors to make the Internet
safe for its subscribers, Spider Woman Graphics accepts no
liability for damages as a result of access to the Internet. Each
subscriber is responsible for appropriate safety measures when
interacting with the Internet including, but not limited to,
scanning all downloaded files for viruses, guarding passwords,
and protecting minors from
inappropriate communication.
Although users can obtain information on standard safety measures
from Spider Woman Graphics support personnel, Spider Woman
Graphics in no way warranties, or accepts liability for such
information.
Spider Woman Graphics will make every effort to maintain the
confidentiality of subscriber's electronic mail. However, because
of technological limitations, Spider Woman Graphics cannot
guarantee such confidentiality. Additionally, Spider Woman
Graphics will cooperate with any law enforcement agency that has
obtained proper legal authority to view subscriber's email.
Spider Woman Graphics services may only be used for lawful
purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S.

party. At our discretion, we may revoke your service for any
reason.
Spider Woman Graphics reserves this right to cancel this service
and reimburse you with any unused fees where appropriate on a
pro-rated basis.
You may cancel a month to month account at any time by letter,
phone or e-mail. The Date of Termination will be the final day of
the month in which you request the termination of your service.
You will still be responsible for any fees incurred up to the
Date of Termination of this service. Additionally, any fees
collected in advance for the current month's service are
nonrefundable. However, fees paid in advance for future months
are fully refundable, for month to month accounts. You may also
cancel an account with a term contract at any time by letter,
phone or e-mail. You will remain liable for recurring charges
for the balance of the term outlined in the contract.
Credit card information may be used by Spider Woman Graphic only
to fund charges authorized by you, and will only be used if
entered by you for recurring charges.
Spider Woman Graphic will take any steps it deems necessary to
stop any process or activity which compromises the function of a
Spider Woman Graphic server. These processes or activities may
include intended or unintended acts of our customers, and
stopping these processes or activities may include disabling the
account of the customer whose processes or activities are
compromising the function of
a Spider Woman Graphic server.
Privacy Policy
Spider Woman Graphic will never knowingly and intentionally
disclose your personal or financial information to a third party.
Spider Woman Graphic meets or exceeds the statutory requirements
for the transfer and storage of financial records.
